Return & Refund Policy
This Return and Refund Policy applies to habit coaching packages and digital resources purchased from Antimove, operating at 65 Blenheim Road, Addington, Christchurch 8011, New Zealand.
Coaching Session Packages
Because coaching services are delivered over time and involve scheduled personal sessions, the following terms apply:
- Unused sessions within a purchased package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if you cancel before the package period ends
- Completed sessions are non-refundable
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to infocenter@antimove.world within 14 days of the purchase date for unused portions
Starter Session (Single Session)
If you cancel a Starter Session at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you may reschedule at no additional cost or request a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.
Monthly and Quarterly Packages
For multi-session packages:
- You may cancel remaining unused sessions and receive a pro-rata refund within the first 7 days of purchase, provided no sessions have been completed
- After the first session has been delivered, refunds are calculated based on the number of remaining unused sessions minus a 15% administrative fee
- No refunds are available after 50% of scheduled sessions have been completed
Digital Resources
Downloadable templates, PDF guides, and digital materials from The Habit Greenhouse are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, as they cannot be returned in their original state. If you experience technical issues preventing access, contact us and we will resolve the issue or provide a refund.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email infocenter@antimove.world with your name, purchase date, package type, and reason for the request. We will review your request and respond within five business days.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If our services fail to meet guaranteed standards, you may be entitled to a remedy under applicable law.
Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our response to a refund request, you may contact the New Zealand Disputes Tribunal or seek advice from Consumer Protection New Zealand.
